Boys Like Girls were awesome last night!I'm so happy that I watched them.

I arrived at MOA around 4 pm-ish so I walked around the mall first.As I passed by the Atrium inside the mall,I saw that there was a small stage and some chairs gathered and I fiund out there was a meet and greet,well, bot the greet part since the audience don't really get the chance to greet them.Anyway,I waited and when they came out,the host,a dj from Magic 89.9 just asked them questions that came from some members of the audience.I'm so glad that I went inside the mall first!haha.Most of the people who were there looks like they didn't know who BLG was anyway.LOL.The meet and greet ended a few minutes before 6pm. I tried to go inside SMX already,but they won't let people in yet.So I ate dinner first at BK then I fell in line outside the venue.It took so long before they let people enter.They let us fall in line at the lobby first and a VJ and a cameraman was interviewing people in the line.Suddenly,the group of teens beside me wanted to be on tv so the VJ and the cameraman came up to them and they pointed the camera at them,including at me so I think I might be seen on tv.LOL.

So they finally started letting people in at exactly 8pm which was supposedly when the show was gonna start but the show was a bit late.The venue,much to my surprise,was quite small,which was actually good since the stage wasn't so far from where I was.Surprisingly,they UPGRADED the gold ticketholders and moved us to VIP just to fill the empty space!I quickly sneaked up the front!How cool right?I paid only almost half the price of VIP and I was watching beside them!

The show finally started after sometime and a dance group from So You Think You Can Dance gave an intermission number to start the show.People were obviously waiting for the band already as seen on their lame reaction.

Boys Like Girls finally rocked the stage and opened up with a cover of BEP's I Gotta Feeling before rocking out their song Love Drunk.They followed it up with their songs from their two albums.The concert was quite short,but definitely longer than their previous mall shows.They didn't sing some songs that I wanted them to sing.So sad but I still enjoyed nonetheless.They were good on stage and the crowd was surprisingly good despite the low turnout of the crowd.At least the people in front was very hyper.To close the show, they ended with theior song,my favorite song of all-time,The Great Escape.

People started to leave right after and almost 98% or even more did not even wait for Hed Kandi.They were also sending out the minors,they almost sent me out cause they thought I was a minor.LOL.How embarassing,thank god I have proof and not a lot of people could see it.I saw one of my friends and joined them for a while as I was waiting but it was kinda boring.There were barely people on the floor and sad to say,it kinda failed,the Hed Kandi gig,I mean.I guess putting the band back-to-back with Hed Kandi.

Anyway,I went home before 12mn.It wasn't hard to get a taxi,In fact the moment I stepped outside SMX,a taxi was passing by.

I can't wait for Paramore!

I'm twenty!I can't believe how fast time passed. I could not believe I'm that old already.

So how did I celebrate it?well,not much.My mom's flight was delayed.She was supposed to arrive on Tuesday morning but arrived Wednesday late afternoon which means I spent the first half of my birthday alone.But it's ok.That's how I'd spend it,if not being with my friends. So I just blasted some of my favorite songs and had my own mini party as I like to call it,which I usually do in special occasions like last Christmas or New Year.So anyway,when my mom finally arrived,we just had dinner with my aunt Pinky at CPK in Makati.I haven't eaten there for a long time so it was great to eat there again.I got a Paramore cd from my aunt as a gift!

Unfortunately,my portable dvd player is broken.We sent it for repair but it looks like we need to replace it with a new one since it's more economical.I hope we can replace it soon,and with another brand since the one I apparently have is weak.

I got my ATM card as well.I just have to say that I picked the hardest and ugliest signature before and how I wish that I can change it.

It's my grandma's bday last Jan. 22.We had dinner at Cafe Juanita at The Fort.The food was okay.Then we had desert at Gelato at GB5.

Our house is getting closer to being finished.The window screens have just been installed and we just need some curtains.I still need bedsheets and pillows for my bed though.

So that's all for now.

Well,it's technically Tuesday so that means I have less than 24 hours before I turn 20.I am not prepared for adulthood but I guess I have to.Haha.

Earlier,I watched the Golden Globe Awards and I just wanna make a shoutout to Glee which won for the first time so props to them:D

My body is still suffering from the effects of the homecoming.I'm still scratching all over because oif the itchiness.I hope this stops before my birthday.

Btw,I need to decide where I want to eat for dinner on my birthday,moreover,I don't know what to do on that day but I hope it will be fun.

So just a quick update...today, we went to the bank for me to deposit some money and to apply foir an ATM card since I'm still using a bank book.How sad.Anyway,I'll get it next Friday.So excited.

My birthday is coming up in less than a week and I don't know what to do.I think we just might have dinner at a nice restaurant with my aunt whom I asked for Paramore's Brand New Eyes album as a gift.Hehe.

Tomorrow is the Alumni Homecoming for DBTI.We went there last year and I think I'm going tomorrow too but I think there are just like 3 of us unlike the kast time where there were a lot of us.

Got to watcch Sherlock Holmes earlier.It was really better than I expected.I thought it was gonna be boring but it wasn't. Rachel McAdams is gorgeous as always.

So American Idol season 9 started already. It was just okay.No standouts yet.So far,they've only shown Victoria Beckham and Mary J. Blige as guest judges.Can't wait for the others.

Anyway,I really want to type some more but I have a terrible headache due to lack of sleep.So I'll try to update tomorrow.:)

my first post in 2010!

I wanted to update this earlier but I was so busy and my life is not going smooth lately.Seems like everything I own is breaking.First, as you kinow, my laptop is still malfunctioning.Now,my portable dvd player can't read cds/dvds anymore,whether original or fake.I really need to get both of them fixed.It would be nice if there's a replacement but I'm sure that won't happen.

On a lighter note,I submitted my thesis report already,but it's just a draft only but I hope to get it done with before submission.

I already watched two movies this year,The Rebound and Zombieland.Both were good,but Zombieland stood out more.It was funny and not a typical zombie movie.

Anyway,our house is slowly getting back to normal.There are still some stuff to be done like the windows and curtains but I feel like there's still a lot more to be done.Oh well.

I'll try to update more tomorrow:)
