It's the final day of the year!

The year has been a good one. I met a bunch of cool people that I consider my friends, I've been to a few places I haven't been before, tried new stuff for the first time, got myself involved in a job that somehow fits my interest, do some sideline work out of passion, and so much more!

I have a lot to be thankful for this year and I hope it continues on to 2015.

The year is about to end. I don't know how to feel about it. I've been out of myself this past month and committing some mistakes at work unintentionally. Though I'm quite excited for my new shift, I'm also worried about my future. I feel burned out at work. But I enjoy the people I work with so leaving is not an option.

I'll try to make the last few days worth it.

Merry Christmas!

I'm wishing everyone had a great time celebrating this special day.

We had our annual family reunion. There were plenty of good food and we also exchanged gifts!

I'm satisfied with what I received. I received mostly pieces of clothing along with some items that are pretty cool.

It's a bummer I still have to go to work but it's nice to keep myself busy in the holidays unlike in the previous years.

It's the day before Christmas!People all over my social media timeline are busy with their Christmas tweets and statuses and here I am in my room figuring out what to do.

We're going to celebrate Christmas eve with family and relatives at my grandparents' house later, but I'm more excited for the food and not for the gifts. It's an awkward feeling but I don't mind it at all. I already know what some of them are giving me but I hope there's something to surprise me.

I'm actually more anxious for next month when I turn a quarter of a century. I want to have so many plans but time and money restrains me from making any big plans. Just the other night, I was so worried that I felt like I was having a quarter life crisis whatever that means.

But negativity aside, the holidays this year is already quite better than last year. The  whole year in general is already better overall and I'm thankful for that.

We had our Christmas party last Friday. It was my first Christmas party with the company so I was a bit excited for it. I've been buying gifts the past month and I couldn't wait to give them all away.

The theme of the party was "fandom"where we had to dress up into our favorite characters. I decided to be Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang Theory since I already have an outfit for the character.

Despite the lack of space and the terrible heat, we were still able to pull off a decent party.

There were food, performances, games, and prizes. A lot of people took the theme seriously and came into extravagant costumes which made it more fun. Even our CEO dressed up as some obscure pregnant Cameron Diaz character.

I was glad to receive the number 1 item on my wishlist which was The Amazing Spider-man 2 DVD. I was also happy to know that the person whom I picked for the kris kringle likes my gift which was a watch.

Some of us went to my officemate's condo to grab some drinks and just chill out.

It was not the perfect party but it was still worth the effort that was put into it.

Things are getting quite busy lately. I'm not getting enough sleep.

But this time, I'm not really complaining. I've assisted in a photoshoot last weekend.I also continued preparing my Christmas gifts which I'm excited to give. I'm not expecting to receive anything in return and that's why I feel quite proud of myself. All I want is for the people I care about the most is happy since they've become a huge part of my life this year. I just want to show my appreciation for them in a way.

I'm so excited for our company Christmas party on Friday.It's gonna be a time to unwind and have fun if things go well as planned.

It's such a struggle to commute this week.It doesn't matter if it'so the afternoon or night,it is stressful either way. I'm not sure if I can attribute it to the holidays but the removal of the jeepney terminal certainly had a big effect.

I'll be in a different shift next month (finally!) so I hope I can find an easier way to go to work by then.

Today was a better day than I expected. We had our team monthly meeting combined with our team Christmas party.

We had a couple of games and I even won some of them. We were also asked to wear green or red outfits today. Since both of them are my favorite colors,I decided to wear a complete outfit with red and green including the accessories. It earned me a prize!

We also had our exchange gift and I received one of the items on my wishlist which was a Spiderman shirt. I can't wait to giveaway my gifts! I hope people will like it. I spent a lot on them.

I even went to Greenhills yesterday just to complete my gifts. I actually went there to look for an iPod classic but I failed to do so.

I'm also glad and honored to receive the star operator title for last month! I'm quite surprised as I didn't do anything special. I'm not complaining though. I'm just worried about my performance for the current month.

The holidays isn't so gloomy this year after all.

Our country is experiencing a storm right now.It started yesterday and it is still ongoing. I'm glad I got home safe. It's such a hassle to go home all wet.

I have plans tomorrow so I am hoping that it continues to weaken by today.

My yesterday proves why I had the right to be excited for the World Trade Center bazaar.

I was able to buy a couple of gifts,at least for around 6 people. That's a good amount considering I still have 9 more people to buy gifts to.

But the best part is that I was able to buy an Onitsuka Tiger! I've always wanted to have a pair of these shoes and planned on saving money just for it. Though the one I bought is an overrun, it doesn't show any signs of being damaged of poor quality.

This has got to be one of my most productive trips I've had from that bazaar.

I must say,I have a pretty good weekend so far.

We're going to the bazaar later at the World Trade Center and I'm quite excited about it.

Also, I had lunch with some of my officemate/friends. We were originally planning to eat at a certain Asian resto but it was closed,so we decided to try this other pizza place which was highly-praised.

However, we decided to eat somewhere closer to the office since I still had to go to work afterwards and one of us arrived late.

We ended up at Amicii in Ayala triangle. We had a good laugh about things as well as update each other. It's really nice to have this casual eat-outs without having a special occasion to celebrate and just enjoy everyone's company.

I might have broken my perfect attendance record since I logged in to the office very early and when I got back,it was way past the time I'm supposed to start my shift.

But breaking it wasn't as frustrating as I thought. I guess it's because it was for a worthy reason to be late for and not because of some nonsense, irritating reasons, or things I cannot control like traffic or waking up late.

Me and my officemates tried this restaurant in Makati Ave. last night. It was a Middle eastern restaurant serving Falafels. It was named by Esquire magazine as the best restaurant of 2013 so we were very curious to see what it is all about.

Surprisingly, the place is very small and it didn't even have the atmosphere of a fine dining restaurant. It was a shabby place just down the streets of Makati and the fact that it is considered one of the best is quite something to think about.

We ordered their falafel and it was good! I normally don't hate vegetables but this one would satisfy any other meat lovers.

I can't wait for our next food trip adventure!

It's finally December! The final month of the year. I don't know what to feel about it but this year was quite better than 2013. Though there were a lot of stuff I regret, the positive things outweigh them.

Today is my youngest brother's birthday so there are a lot of food during dinner. No fancy celebrations but that is how it usually works here anyway.

I'm going to the bazaar in the World Trade Center again this year with my mom and aunt. We always go there at this time of the year and I'm excited to go back and hopefully find some good items to buy. Perhaps I could find cool stuff for  Christmas gifts or at least items for myself.
