last day of 2005

how time flies so fast...

last night,i was playing text twist out of boredom....i dunno...i just like playing those kind of word games...anyway.....i made history last night again.....i was already the top scorer out of all people in my ym list then last night,i once again bested myself and made my score higher...it would have been higher if there were more time.....you see,it was like 12 mn while i was playing so my parents would probably kill me if they saw me using the pc at that time so i had to stop the game...

i also received this t-shirt as a gift from my aunt...

i don't know why,but lately,i have been having strange sleeping habits...i usually sleep at 12mn lately and i can't sleep!it's like i have insomnia....damn...everytime i check the clock,it's like an hour has passed by already and i haven't sleeped yet!!!...so i woke up around 10:30am this morning and i can't remember what time i slept...but for someone who haven't had enough time to sleep,i didn't really felt sleepy when i woke up...

so as i said,as i woke up this morning,i listened to the radio to see if there will be year end countdowns like they usually do...and i actually missed the half of the 99.5RT top 100 countdown!!!so i just stayed glued to the couch to listen to what's left of the countdown and luckily,there were recaps....the countdown actually started at 6am and it ended at 5 pm...there were 23 opm song in the countdown including the no. 1 song which was KLSP by Spongecola...the runner up to that song was Pussycat dolls' Stickwitu....many listeners actually complained when her Mariah's We Belong together only reached #11....she actually had 4 songs on the countdown...Its like that was at #40,Dont forget about us was i think at #17 and i think Shake it off was at #13...that's not pretty bad compared to the other entries...im so disappointed that Hilary Duff's Wake Up didn't make it....i really loved that song...there were songs in the countdown that didn't deserve to the countdown though,not that i hated those songs but i didn't know that those songs existed..they're so unpopular that i can't even remember what they were or who the artists were....Destiny's Child's Cater 2 u was at #89 and soldier at #61(or 71?),Killers' Mr Brightside was at #18,Good Charlotte's We Believe at #8,Pussycat dolls' Dontcha at #20,J. ok..so i haven't blog yesterday...but i guess there's nothing to blog...

anyway,we went to SM today...and i shouldn't have come along if i knew what's gonna happen....you see,i thought we were going to this place in front of SM megamall called St. Francis Square and it's something like a bazzaar...so i thought i might be able to buy something interesting there....but they quickly changed plans along the way and we got ourselves to SM makati instead...and all we did was buy some gifts for the rest of the people who still have no gifts..and that's what we did for the whole day so it was really tiring..although i did see this cute shirt at surplus so i'll just come back for it...

oh well,new year's eve is coming close...

im so damn happy!!!i can't believe i passed the entrance test of La Salle!!!!

at least im sure that i'll go to college....

so i started to browse the websites of the other schools i took then while i was browsing at UST,they asks for the test permit number to get the results and i completely forgot mine!!!oh my...oh well....i might not study in UST anyway..

so i watched Family Stone today...it wasn't as interesting as i thought it would but it was a good movie....

day after christmas..

ok....so there is no christmas hangover this year..

i finsihed Just Like heaven in the morning...it was a cool romantic movie but it was kinda short....but i still liked Reese Witherspoon's performance in this movie..

then i just read my pocketbook the rest of the afternoon...and did a little bit of the internet...i have been browsing on the movies of 2005 and i came upon this website which i think was www.bbc.co.uk or something...and it has its reviews on the films released in 2005...they list it according to the month released so i checked on it one by one and looked at the reviews on the different films...i cant believe the ratings for the Wallace and Gromit:curse of the were-rabbit movie,they gave it a 5 out of 5 stars,in other words,perfect rating!even the users ratings were perfect and it was the only movie that got that rating...it was a very horrible movie!!!i can't even last 3 minutes of that film!!!then they also have the list of upcoming films of 2006 and i cant believe that Prime(starring Uma Thurman and Meryl Streep) which was already shown here in the Philippines haven't been shown there in the US yet until January...and the same as Saw 2....which was already shown there late this year and it still haven't been shown here yet....that is understandable since we're always late in the movie scene....

anyway,i watched Kingdom of Heaven thinking that i would get interested since Orlando Bloom was in the movie but i was wrong,i was really bored to death...i tried everything to do just to distract me and keep me active..i know you might think that i should just stop the film but im just plain crazy sometimes and not do the right thing...anyway,my mom is also watching it....though not completely..but it's not really the movie which i hate..i mean the movie and its plot was okay but i was never a fan of those kind of *how do you call it?* epic? films.....such as this and king arthur,gladiator and those with knights....troy would be allowed since i liked it...but still,don't expect me to like those movies...

so i plan to watch Family stone tomorrow...

a boring christmas..

ok....so things didn't go well as planned...

we had our lunch here in our house since we didn't go to merville for lunch because everybody woke up late....

so i just watched Transporter 2 in the afternoon.....then i watched Just like heaven afterwards....but in the middle of the movie,my dad arrived from somewhere and told us we were going to Merville...i guess it's for dinner..so we went to our grandparent's house in merville.....it was actually boring when we went there....there was nothing to do....unlike the past years where there were usually a party or gathering.....but not this year.....i guess nobody is really into the christmas spirit......my grandparents didn't even bother to put christmas lights outside the house or put up their big christmas tree...their gifts are just junked on the carpet...anyway,we went to Jollibee for dinner...i can't believe we're eating on a fastfood chain on christmas!!..nothing special...then we went back to merville....i should just have stayed home and watched some dvds...

anyway....we got home already...and i just missed Bourne supremacy on HBO..and i hate it that 13 going on 30 will be shown on the 31st....i won't get to watch it since we always celebrate on our aunt's house....

Merry Christmas everyone!

so let's talk about how i celebrated Christmas...

so as i said,we went to our grandparent's house in Libis..we were the last ones to arrive which was not like the recent years...but anyway,we had the noche buena when we came there....although it was quite early...then everybody just had their own thing to do....we started to give out the gifts earlier than 12 mn...i like most of the gifts.....although i still received two oversized shirts....but i did receive a polo shirt that fits me well,a body bag with che guevara on it just like the one my friend has,a nike cap,a wallet with money inside and a timezone card which i always receive...the place suddenly turned into a mess...we had eaten cake after and we also had ice cream.....i finally got to taste the Pistacchio flavor and it was so good....then me and my cousins played smackdown vs raw 2006 on the ps2 afterwards.....we played until 1 am...then it was time for us to go since we were the only ones left....when we arrived at home,we opened the other gifts that were left behind....i got a timberland watch from my aunt and uncle from the states and i got another oversized shirt from my uncle which has the cherry 7up logo on it..we slept around 3 am....so i still feel a bit sleepy....

we might go to our other grandparent's house in Merville for our lunch....

then we watched Fantastic 4....we were supposed to watch Batman Begins but it was broken so i just watched War of the Worlds instead...

christmas eve is tomorrow....but im not really looking forward to the presents cause im sure that all i will be getting are large sized shirts and shorts...

i just watched Cold creek Manor on star movies this morning and ate some ham for breakfast....

then i watched Taking Lives on HBO since there is nothing to do....but in the middle of the movie,my dad arrived and i was a bit excited since i know he bought some new dvds...and i was right...he did bought dvds but then half of his newly-bought dvds were for kids...so i was a bit disappointed and he even bought the lord of the rings trilogy and we already have it so now we have a double copy of that movie.....then he also bought a dvd collection of the Paris Hilton nude video......hehe...my list is still long...i just hope both of my parents get that flight next month....

christmas break officially starts..

yehey...the christmas break has already started today...

but let me tell you first how we ended year 2005 at school,

we had our christmas epc mass in the morning...then the winners of the carolfest per level competed with each other and 3-4 sweeped all awards...but i don't care...then it was finally time to start the party in the classrooms..but me and my friends started exchanging gifts already.....i had lots of gifts..*wow*..but our food hasn't arrived yet so we had to wait for a long time...the only food that was early was the lechon...but we had to wait for the rest of the food...by the time the food came,the other sections had finally finished their party so we were the only one in the corrideor who was still celebrating the party.....so the parth was kinda boring though...our adviser's family was there....our food consisted of squid,fish,pansit and a desert of salad...the people started to leave after they finished eating...me and perry went down to meet with our other friends who were waiting in the grade school wing...then we started to leave for glorietta....but there were too many of us and our paper bags were also plenty so we had to split our jeepney ride..the first half took a jeep going to greenbelt while our half was lucky enough to get a jeep going straight to glorietta.....me,nicolo and ryan left our paper bags to the baggage counter when we arrived in glorietta..then we met the others in timezone...while the others were playing,some were checking out the movies and we all agreed to watch "In her shoes"....the movie started around 3:00 pm....and we almost filled the whole row...the movie had a nice plot but there were some scenes where i felt sleepy...and Cameron Diaz in the movie was not really fit for the role of being a too liberated and slutty careless woman...she was half-naked at most scenes...and her sister had ugly teeth and huge biceps..we went back to timezone afterwards then pau and mikhail left already while we were on the way to gb3....so me,nicolo,ryan,marcel and allan went to musicone then me and nicolo separated from them when they were gonna return to timezone...me and nicolo went to the cd booths to browse some cds but we didn't really got to buy a cd....i didn't even see a good cd...we went home afterwards....

and that's how the day ended..

today however,was so boring that i wished i was in school....hehe...

worst performance ever..

what a big waste of energy and motivation!!!

our carolfest performance would have to be the worst....and i definitely mean it...i am so humiliated right now.....the audience didn't even listen to us seriously...i wanna cry...but since im avoiding having flu...i won't..everything went so damn wrong...the practices were better....even our costume didn't turn out well cause we just wore our jackets,nothing else special..oh well....at least electronics didn't win the top prize...

putting aside the carolfest,the day was just spent on nothing......we had practices but there were more fighting the whole day....hehe..

our xmas party is tomorrow...im so excited.....im just worrying on how to bring home the gifts secretly to the people in the house...

king kong

i watched Mean Girls last night....it was so good to see that movie again...

anyway,today is my grandparents' wedding anniversary.....so we had lunch at Banana Leaf then we went to Market Market where we watched King kong.....the movie was good and it has a nice storyline but im sure that there were some scenes that were cut....because i didn't see some scenes that i saw in the trailer and even my brother noticed it.......damn.......and the ambience was not really good....i mean,the seats were ok but the people were noisy...some cheap girls were belting out for such a long time and making senseless remarks...but anyway,Naomi Watts fits the role...and im surprised by the sudden change of role that Jack Black has taken....some serious role...the movie started around 3:30pm and ended around 6:30 pm....so we went to the food choices where i ate a burger then we went outside the mall to regroup...we went home afterwards...

my uncle is offering my parents an iPod mini and my parents want it for me as my bday gift...but i don't really know if i want it...i would have wanted a Nano but my dad said that it has been recalled by the company since it had a negative feedback....waahhhh....i don't know what i want for my bday....

our carolfest is tomorrow!!!i hope we'll be victorious...and im so excited for our xmas party!!!!hehe...

restless day..

i thought this day would be boring because it was just a whole day practice..

but i guess not...

the top ten students in technical were awarded during the morning assembly...then we headed to the classroom for the practice,before we had the practice,me and jessie passed our physics project....it was so cool....i hope it gets a high grade...anyway,we continued our practice and we really tried to master the actions....especially for the 12 days of christmas......we we're gonna use folders for the props...tsk tsk tsk...

me and perry paid the downpayment for the prom during recess...then we headed back to the classroom to continue the practice...by the end of the day...our performance is notably on a higher level after practicing it over and over and over again...all i hate is our costume....what we're going to wear is just our class jacket and regular school pants and leather shoes...it should have been more creative considering we're ID.....but it's not the costume that is being graded...so i guess that will do...

we were told that we are going to be the fifth performer....im surprised by it since we didn't went through the screening....

anyway,during one of the breaks,i got myself lost at one of the naughty groups and i got engaged at this malicious act.......so disgusting!!!i would have broke my bones because of the ramble...and i was consistently asked why i was saying shit all the time.....well,i dunno....it just became one of my expressions...

after we got dismissed,i didn't know what to do so i just hang around with Mikhail,Ryan and Miguel...we started talking about different stuff...such as the christmas gifts since Mikhail haven't started buying gifts and he has no idea what to buy...i said that anything would do....but i suggested that he can buy me a belt or cap...hehe...but honestly,it's about givng a gift from the heart....*aww*..

anyway,after we bid goodbye to each other,i went to glorietta..but i ate at hotshots first cause i was really hungry....then i went to tickles to buy some paperbags for my gifts cause i want to avoid wrapping gifts cause im not good at it...

i was walking around to look for more stuuf to put my gifts on when i suddenly found myself in different booths of different music companies that sells old cds at a very low price....i bought Mandy Moore's Coverage and Fefe Dobson's self-titled album....i would have bought more if there were more good cds but since they only sell the old cds,i guess it's understandable why there are only a few cds that i like..i would also have bought more if i have money...hehe...

i went home afterwards since i have nothing else to do.....the ride home was really uncomfortable since this guy sat with me in the front and he was so big and the seat was so small so only half of my butt was sitting...

i hope i could rest this weekend and that we would win the carolfest on Monday...or at least we would win the first runner up...i just don't want electronics to win.....cause they seem to be so arrogant now that they usually come on top...

a flowergirl for a change..

we had our sponsorship for the year level mass today...and i was one of the readers for the prayer of the faithful...but another task was given to me...i was the flowergirl!!and i was the one to walk on the aisle first....so that really scared the guts out of me...anyway...i did it though while unconsciously being malandi..and because of my nervousness,i forgot to put the basket on the altar!!!oh well...the rest of the mass was fine except for the part where an offering was burned....hehe...oh....when i was reading my part,i didn't know that my voice was too small so i guess only the people in the front heard it...damn...

we had two hours of physics afterwards and we spent it in the internet lab to research on work,power and energy..

then the rest of the day was spent on practicing for the carolfest and we tried to master it with our adviser....we also practiced the entrance and exit...

we have the same schedule tomorrow...although im not sure if we still have classes tomorrow....i hope not...

finally...

i've finally completed my christmas gifts!!i just hope i didn't miss out on a lot of persons.....that would be the last situation i would want to be...

anyway,we just solved some problems in math and it was actually boring at first...but i solved it...then we continued watching "The Odyssey" in English...

after recess,we discussed some stuff in Economics like alternative ways of making coffee using shit and making suka out of banana..our teacher also said some bad news regarding our project...

we had practice for the carolfest during activity period but the practice wasn't really fruitful cause everybody was so not in the mood....like me..

we had PE afterwards and i got to be in the 3rd base...but it was not really tiring since only few people stayed in the base cause many of my classmates got homerun..so when it was our turn,i was really ashamed cause i couldn't hit the ball so i got out and i couldn't even hold the ball properly..what a shame on myself...

i got into trouble during our shop period cause i accidentally broke a ruler thingy which was school property.....so im in deep trouble.....waahhh....anyway,i was really bored during shop and patrick was always taking my watercolor and putting it in his head so i had to chase him everytime....hahaha....

i also had fun playing with this santa hat that my classmate brought and it made me look like a cancer patient...waahh...

we had another practice for the carolfest after dismissal and it took so long...we made moves for kumukutikutitap...and we finished it after so much scolds from the organizers..we went to the chapel afterwards to discuss what we were going to do in our sponsorship of the mass..it was around 6:00pm when we finally finished everything....

then me,jude,mao,jk,jozer,alan,prince,and manu went to glorietta by walking again..then i separated from them to buy my final gifts then i bough a book by Stephen King,"The Dark Half",so i can read something in the Xmas break...i went home afterwards..

hs dance and the recent weekend..

last friday,the clases were cut and what we just did during the classes were really boring......i guess that's for the preparation of the high school dance..we watched the math quiz bee and we still ended up in the same position as we have been in the physics quiz bee....still in the bottom 3...our class jackets have also been given after filipino period...anyway,after we have been dismissed,

i went to glorietta to look for accessories to match my outfit...then i bumped into Mark and company..i accompanied them in buying their clothes for the high school dance....after they left,i finally bought a wristband then i quickly changed clothes in U..i went to school around 6:00pm...they would still not let students in so i just chatted with Ramel and Marr outside...when we finally got inside,the place was still empty...since we were one of the first persons to enter....the dance was held in the covered court and the food booths were found on the other covered court...by the middle of the dance,there were already lots of us so we started dancing already...it was so fun...although my knees really hurt after the dance...i have to admit though that last year's dance was a bit better,since there were more good music and a more lively participation from students last year....but still..good songs were still played this year even if it was short of some good dance songs..a rock band ended the dance and me and Nicolo got picked up by my dad...i immediately fell asleep as i arrived in the house...

last saturday,we went to the bazaar on the world trade center as we usually do....but all i bought was some fake cds of Jojo's self-titled album and Gwen Stefani's Love.Angel.Music.Baby...my mom bought some gifts for our relatives in the states..

yesterday,i took my entrance exam in CSB...the test was easy....not to mention that the proctor was somehow funny...the test only consisted of english,math and logical thinking..and there were at least 95% bosconians in the room..the test finished early as i expected then i got picked up by my family where we headed to our grandma's house in libis and just spent the whole day there..

we had a music practice today..but it wasn't really productive...i also exchannged my copy of Black Eyed Peas' Monkey Business for a new one again....i went to Glorietta after and i finally bought gifts for four people and now i only need two gifts more to complete my list...

my feet got so tired today....

we had an EPC mass for the celebration of the Immaculate Conception thingy...then we discussed some important homeroom matters which took so long that we didn't get to take our recess...then we had two hours of physics....we discussed our lessons and more equations to be memorized were added!!!!we had a graded activity in the lab...we just answered 6 questions from the handouts..

we were dismissed afterwards at 12 pm cause we were half-day in lieu of the said celebration....but we have a practice for the carolfest so i didn't went anywhere far.....i just bought a christmas decor which we were assigned to bring..and i switched my copies of Black eyed peas' Monkey Business and Alicia Keys' Unplugged because the cds i got were defective....then i unexpectedly bought a copy of Lindsay Lohan's latest album....i hope it works..

i went to the practice afterwards......most of my classmates were not there yet so we just killed time by playing an improvised volleyball made out nof a crumpled piece of paper...haha....the practice had finally started after my classmates came and our math teacher even listened to our performance as he passed by our classroom during practice...we also rehearsed our entrance and exit....then while we were practicing,my classmates' chitchat finally struck me on what my hairstyle will be tomorrow on the high school dance..i just hope that the style will work.....then while we were singing,i felt a tingling sensation in my right arm and it still hurts right now...i hope it will be gone by tomorrow...

i went to the mall afterwards and i headed to musicone then i went to Tower records and i ended up buying Rihanna's "Music of the Sun"...then i strolled around the mall to look for xmas gifts where i ended up again seeing Nicolo so we went around together...we wnt around Tickles,Artwork,Am blvd,Penshoppe,Citywalk...after all the windowshopping,i have bought a belt and a necklace for my attire..i'm going back tomorrow to buy a wristband also for my accessories tomorrow..

i went home after because my feet really hurts already but then another major delay was gonna happen at the terminal....the other riders were having this so-called strike against the drivers because the people are just being piled up in the seats making them feel uncomfortable and this lady keep on complaining like she was the president....then they formed a plot where they would not let the coming passengers to sit forcing them to leave the vehicle...and the driver won't leave until the seats contained eight persons each...so we had to move to another vehicle..i finally got home by 7:00pm....

i hope everything's gonna be fine tomorrow and it won't rain..

just another average and tiring wednesday..

this day wasn't really fully loaded at school....we just checked our quiz in math and we even got a 10-minute extension to answer it....then after we checked it and our teacher collected the papers,the teacher had nothing to do so he left early so we had a free time for a short while..we had a quiz in english which was easy and i think i will only have at least 3 mistakes just because i got one wrong spelling of an island...the quiz only contained 2 essay questions..

we went to the M.I.C to browse the website of Forbes magazine and we were supposed to look for the richest person according to our class number,my class number is 29 and i got some guy named Stefan Persson....he's some guy who's company deals with retailing and his net income is $11.2 bil...then we also took a game/quiz in the site and it determines if we are going to be rich or not...im so disappointed that i am not....whaaa..but at least it's near the potential point..our club afterwards is auxilium where we followed this dance and i don't want to explain the details....but it concerns us being barefeet and being in the middle of the basketball court and a morbid music...

jessie went home afterwards because he still had audiometry thingy.....so he wasn't able to join us afterwards...during pe time,we took a practical test on catching and throwing..we continued our painting afterwards in shop but most of us was really tired by the end of the peiod because of PE..

i went to Robinsons department store in waltermart to buy a black framefor the plate....then i headed back to the classroom for the carolfest practice...but sadly,there were only very few who came so our organizer had to reschedule the practice for tomorrow since it's a half day tomorrow..

i went to glorietta afterwards but i went to the music stores first cause i want to see if Lindsay Lohan's album is out but it isn't yet....so i'll just come back tomorrow..so i just loom for my clothes for the hs dance which was my main reason why i went to the mall....i ended up buying a shirt in American boulevard...but i still have to worry about my accessories..then i bought a gift because i still lack gifts..but sadly,i only got to buy 1 gift.....

this day seems to be about truth...i guess nature just want me to be aware that i have to stop these lies....and just face the truth..

to start off,i saw this christmas special show thingy with fantasia,reuben and kell clarkson and i caught the performance of Fantasia while singing "Truth is"..

our lesson for the 3rd quarter is all about Truth...so we had this meaningful discussion about it and it seems to affect me so much...especially that remark that no one is going to be happy when one is not telling the truth...i am not saying im a liar but it seems to affect me somehow....i try to be happy and be cheerful all the time despite problems i try to run away from....but i am really tired of running away from it...i think there is nothing to run away from anyway..i put everything in the past now and so far it works and i am living a better social life....but there are still hidden truths within me that i don't really want to be revealed or verified....im really scared of humiliation and rejection..i know it's not the right thing to do but i can't stop myself if i just suppress my feelings just to relate with people and to hide my pain and worries with other people...that's ehy i enjoy having my peers around for entertainment but i still don't feel security of sharing my secrets with them...but i know why...i just don't have enough trust with myself and i just yield to falsities and pretense..the truth really hurt most of the times but it won't really hurt when it is revealed and handled..i just want to be true to myself and just keep on being true to everybody as i always try to do...

anyway....to be on the lighter side of the day...although it was really gloomy because of the rain....we were grouped already for the model-making in shop and im just happy with my groupmates...then we had this quiz in math that really got my brains hard work and we made a business letter in filipino....

oops....haven't blog lately..

sorry for the delay, anyway,a lot of things happened these past few days...

to start off,my youngest brother just turned 5 yrs. old last friday so there was a cake from my grandmother....then on saturday,my family went to Eastwood to watch Chicken Little with my aunt and cousin while i went to Jessie's house to do our physics proposal and our painting in shop..we had lots of time just chatting....i got home by 9:30...just in time to see Say get evicted from the PBB house...too bad...anyway,we went to mass on sunday morning then i just spent the whole day watching tv and doing my painting...which i accidentally murdered by messing up on the roof part...and i still don't have a frame and i don't know where to buy one!!

today,we just continued with our business planning in Economics which was substituted by ma'm Violie since mr. Sigua was absent...we studied about business letters in Filipino and it was so boring..math was really confusing since we had a class work in preparation for the quiz tomorrow and i didn't understand the lessons much...so i might fail tomorrow...we discussed uniform circular motion in physics and we also got our results for the first unit test for the third quarter.....i wasn't surprised though that i failed..

we got our graduation pics already and i don't know how to react with my pic.....my lips were so pink...but it was better compared to theose who had nasty editings done on their faces which made them look they had a defective surgery...

we watched a film in English...it was about Helen of Troy...it had better effects than the other movie we watched but i like the story of the other one better...

cadd was still like studying hell...damn..

the high school dance is fast approaching and i still don't know what to wear!!!waahhhh...
