I wouldn't say I grew up as a hardcore gamer but I think everyone loved playing games as a child. I remember having a huge collection of toys and part of my childhood was seeing new inventions come up as technology improves. I enjoyed playing with my toys and loved learning new things to play like game consoles connected to the TV or even the handheld gadgets like my old Gameboy color. Going to the arcade was fun and something I look forward to when I go to the mall.
Disney recently released Wreck-It Ralph, a movie starring video game characters with Ralph originally coming from the game Fix It Felix. I remember playing that game before so it was nice to see the character being used now. It also has a lot of appearances from other well-known video games like, Pac-man,Mario,Sonic and many more.
I did not really plan to watch this but I've heard so many good reviews about the movie that I decided to watch it. I'm glad that I saw the reviews because I really liked the movie. If I'm not mistaken, this is the only animated film I've seen in 2012 after missing out on the previous releases and it was worth it. I wouldn't say it was up to par with other Disney animated classics but it's almost up there and it would be on my top 10 films o 2012.
Like a classic Disney film, it has a heartwarming story that will teach everyone a moral lesson and it helps in making the story relevant to the viewers at any age.
I strongly suggest everyone to watch this film!
