I’ve been having some sort of adjustment period in the gym
again. My schedule has been fluctuating for the past month. It’s either I miss
one gym day or I do short gym sessions due to leaving late from the office from
finishing all my tasks.
I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m getting a bit bored
in working out. But it’s probably just the laziness speaking. I know it’s
supposed to happen especially when you’re a newbie in the gym and right now, I
feel like one. It’s a good thing I can still lift the normal weight I’ve been doing
instead of regressing to lighter ones.
